Oh, my! Now the pieces are falling into place. Still wondering who's responsible for the notes and clues and threats. You have definitely kept this one full of twists and turns. Wonderful job. I await the next chapter with bated breath.

Loved it! Despite being all Cuddy POV. Can't wait to be rid of her! Also, really looking forward to the next chapter!

So Cuddy is putting the pieces together. It'll be interesting to see how this story ends.

Cuddy is putting the pieces together and not going to like the conclusion, that much is certain. Thanks for reading!

I'm impressed by the depth of Cuddy's denial of her own past - I guess it's the only possible way to keep her mental sanity of course. And that's one difunctional family you're showing us, between (Arlene and) Cuddy and Lucinda (and her husband, who seems to be in the running for father-of-the-year).

This story is really amazing, full of twists and turns. I am happy that there are only three chapters left before everything is cleared up and sad that there are only three chapters left. And I keep thinking of House having met his on daughter and having to hide the fact, and how hard it must have been for Wilson to play his role while organizing this.

Fantastic.

Everybody on the show is screwed up one way or another so I figured why should Cuddy and her family be any different?

I came from an extremely dysfunctional family so I find myself drawn toward writing about them. My mother was, do say the least, a very f****d up person and makes John House look like a bleeding heart. What kind of mother stands by and watches her child being raped and does nothing? I do owe her one thing--she taught me how not to be the kind of mother she was to my kids. I think you see that a little with Cuddy and Rachel. Cuddy will never win mother of the year but she genuinely loves and cares for Rachel.

I'm wondering how many of us are drawn to House because of the disfunctional family thing.

"I do owe her one thing--she taught me how not to be the kind of mother she was to my kids. "
That's verbatim how I feel about my own mother. Which I should feel guilty about, because I was never physically, much less sexually, abused. But I don't, because some words can hurt.

Words can definitely hurt just as much. Definitely.
