Opinion/information question for yinz: which restaurant on the edge of Mt. Washington has the best vegetarian options?

This sort of does and doesn't answer your question, but I was once dragged by my family to Monterey Bay Fish Grotto. I fully expected I wouldn't be able to eat anything there (I was vegan at the time), but they were very accommodating and made me a nice plate of stuff.
