There's a bunch of JoAnn Pfeiffer's and I don't want to add the wrong one;) I'm always up for farmville/yoville/farm town neighbors. Don't play petville right now. If you don't mind adding total strangers they generally have a forum or fan page where you can ask people to add you.

Have you checked out the facebookgames comm her on LJ? (the way I'm pimping it you'd think I was a mod or something but I'm not, just a fan of having a place to recruit more facebook game neighbors).
