It's sweltering hot again and I don't dare set a foot outside the house. This chapter is special to me because I like the melancholy and the wistfulness. Remus and Sirius have reached a new level in their friendship and their relationship but they are somehow knocked down by the development.

This has been brilliant so far... I'm so glad you didn't end the story with Pads going to Azkaban. This reunion/make-up chapter was spot on in terms of the characterization. Looking forward to the next chapter!

Thanks, I'm glad you liked it. I didn't dwell on it because it's not really important to the plot. Remus is a strong character, he went on. I'm not so sure whether Sirius would have coped with this mess half as well as Remus.
