well hello there! How are you? Still in Miami?
this old friend is older and about 150lbs thinner! ok, so maybe not 150lbs and maybe not thinner but I'm doing all right none the less :-)

that is so awesome about your weight loss! how did you do it? did you jump on the crazy crossfit trend?
