I think the pic is from a time jump promo that's been tweaked with all the blue stuff. I haven't been following either but according to an icon maker on chuunin the day to celebrate is Feb 15th but I haven't heard anything about it anywhere else sooo.. yeah, not giving my hopes up on it.

Well, I should have free time any evening this week other than tonight or tomorrow. (Assuming it doesn't snow and I'm trapped in my house, of course.)
