Scaramouche, Scaramouche, Will You Do the Fandango?

I think I might be one of the few people under 21 that's actually seen an episode of Get Smart. Honestly, you could probably narrow that down to me being one of the few people under 21 that's actually heard of the show Get Smart, at least before today. I'd seriously be willing to wager large amounts of cash on that ( Read more... )

Macallister's has the best sweet tea in the world. I've been in a mood lately where I have it with lemon too.

I used to be a nick at night junkie! Get smart was so freaking funny, though I can't recall more than the opening at the moment.

I was more of a bewitched fan, or petticoat junction.

Yeah we should use something else, but until then, I wish it wouldn't cost me an arm and a leg to fill up my car.

Our band is pretty sweet. It supposedly one of the best in the country - or according to the trumpet guy from my floor last year, "The greatest non-predominantly black marching band on the entire planet," LOL.

They actually play songs that most people know. They do a pretty good rendition of The Offspring's "Come Out and Play." But "Bohemian Rhapsody" seems to be the one that everyone on campus loves.

My high school band was pretty good too - at least for a high school marching band. But those guys took it way too seriously.

I've only seen short clips of Get Smart. I'm not really a fan of pre-80s shows.
My marching band played Bohemian Rhapsody in a show two years ago. We liked it but didn't have enough time to make it sound really good, only good enough.
If I had to drink tea, it'd be sweet tea. But I don't like tea.

I can't really watch old shows anymore but when I was a kid I loved that stuff.

That's better than the U$C band that seems to only be able to play their crappy fight song. Hearing it over and over every two minutes for three hours straight was pretty annoying last year.

So I take it you're a coffee person?

Thankfully, my band played a wide variety of stuff (even though some of it deserves to be retired). Hearing the same thing over and over is just as bad as being one of the band members having to play it over and over again.

Nope, not a coffee person either, unless it has lots of sugar and flavored cream in it. In general, I'm a fruit juice person.

Fruit juice is good. Especially when I'm in a fruit juice kinda mood during the semi-hot summer...
