Luke still was uncertain that the past three minutes had not taken place in his head.  Reid.  Reid is alive.  But, he had seen Reid die with his own eyes.  He had kissed Reid in his final moment on earth.  Reid was dead-that was the reality that Luke knew was real.  So what was this?

I really love this story, I can't imagine who would do this as it seems both sweet and cruel at the same time. Sweet that someone what to keep Reid alive and cruel to keep it a secret to Luke for 5 years.

By the way Luke knows exactly how to handle Reid and he should not tell Judd about their past at all, until he remember him self.
He should start to treat him like he did in the beginning, call him out as the jerk he is to gain his respect and then slowly start to quote word by word some of their conversations when it fits to any conversations they have now so that Reid will feel as it is some kind of dejavue. (If it really is Reid)

Well this is just my imagination of how this could be an exiting story as I love the bitching around each other in the beginning, but whatever you come up with I'm sure it will be brilliant...

That is a good premise! Then imagine how Reid would feel when he finds out that Luke already knew him. What fun that would be. (Sadly, this is not my premise, but I've found ways for Luke and Reid to bicker endlessly nonetheless).

If “Jude” was anything like the Reid who first came to Oakdale, he would run far and wide to escape anything that brought out his emotions.

People tend to see Reid that way, but actually, he didn't run at all. He was the one to pursue Luke, he was the one who was sure of his feelings early on and never wavered, he was 100 % committed to being with Luke. But that was after he had gotten to know Luke, of course. Luke needs to give Judd the same chance, I guess. He'll need some time.

This is thrilling and I'm looking forward to the rest. :)

I adore this story! I want it all to happen fast, yet I want it all to be deliciously drawn out. I like Marcus and how he is helping Luke.
