Chapter 3

The only problem with living in New York for Luke was the crowds. He did not mind the confined space, but he did have issues with the amount of germs to which he was exposed. This just made me so happy! I was worried that it would be awhile before Luke found out Reid was alive!

Now he just needs to tell Reid who he really is. Of course, Reid might not be so accepting of what his life became in Oakdale (you know....feelings and all that, lol), but at least he'll know who he really is. And then Luke can have Lucinda work on figuring out what happened to Reid and how this 'other person' was created and who was behind it.

I almost did a chapter of near encounters between Luke and Reid, but then decided I was too impatient to delay a real encounter. I hate waiting!
As for the rest--you'll see ho it plays out over the next few chapters...

Yay, I'm beginning to feel sunny! I anticipate some bumps further along the road, but at least Luke and Reid will be interacting with each other, and that makes me feel good. Thank you for not dragging this out further - it might have been better according to some literary standards, but you know we all read with our hearts and we want to see Luke and Reid together. :)

Yes, there will be some bumps--some may even be fun for us. But, I'm in your boat, I wanted to get them together sooner rather than later. I could have added to the "drama," but really, I think the plot doesn't really start until after this chapter so why delay.... And what's more fun than Luke and Reid together?
