I maintain that I'm with my rights to refer to a 21 year old as a 'kid', especially when he's binge drinking at a baseball game and obviously can't hold his alcohol.
I'm not entirely convinced that the vomiting was self-induced (unless being too drunk for his stomach to stand counts as 'self-induced'). I don't think the father (and cop) who's pissed off at rowdy drunk boys who're ruining the ballgame experience for him and his daughters makes for a suitably impartial witness. Occam's razor doesn't mind at all the idea that the man didn't actually see what he's claiming (and might actually believe) he saw.

True, but I also don't trust much of what I see in the news (especially televised news) without citations. Someone told me that there's actually video of the alleged induced vomiting, but I haven't seen it. All I've seen for evidence in the news stories I've seen is the father's version of events, and he's hardly an unbiased source. I certainly don't deny that the drunk was an idiot and juvenile, but my question is exactly how much of an idiot and juvenile he was, you know?
