I think the long-term effect of this show was to vindicate my best friend in her glitter-friendly life philosophy, i.e. I'll have to apologize to everyone else I know. XD;

I finally understood why Pitchfork is always like "He makes eclectic, emotive pop that ranges in stylistic inspiration blahblahblah, also he wears glitter." You can't see it in any of the pics where he's dressed but he was basically drenched in the stuff - every time he tossed his head there would be this Tinkerbell effect.

He takes himself seriously enough for two! XD Hey, this show was respectable, there was no sticking hand down pants while singing a song about child molestation.

XD I am starting to realize most people had no idea what dude looked like? Kind of sorry I didn't manage to get a picture of him smiling as it totally changes the effect of the songs (for some reason he never smiles in official videos either).
