He's going to love Spain, he's been there a few times before for the same event (it's a weeklong hardcore music festival)! I wish I could go, but maybe next year, and besides I like to miss him ;p
Of course you want cheese! Tillamook cheese is super. Every year we went we also visited the cheese factory. It's pretty awesome actually!
