Is that where you live? If so, that's really rotten. If not, that's still pretty rotten but not quite as much. But on the brighter side, I remember when an apartment complex near Baylor was being torn down, the residents got to paint and tear up the walls however they wanted. So you could go crazy and redesign the whole place!

it's not where i live, but it's a big part of denton. i can't imgaine the fry st area of denton being replaced with a starbucks, a drugstore, and a barnes and noble or something.

yeah, the dentontx community already posted on this. there is a general agreement that letters announcing intention to boycott the new development should be sent asap.
