I've decided to list all of the pairings that have preoccupied me this year. At least, all of the ones I can remember. Some of these, I have to say, are insane.

Mark Kermode/Simon Mayo RPS ! I am not as alone as I thought. This is good news at 3:29 am. The exercise wasn't pointless. It isn't crazy as it sounds. I am happy, and a little shocked by it all.

I actually met Mark and Simon (very briefly) a few weeks ago when they came to Leeds - I couldn't get tickets for the Picture House broadcast, but they came in and did an interview with our student radio station beforehand and all of us Wittertainment groupies sat clustered outside the office like something from Night of the Living Dead. Mark has a very firm handshake. *sigh*.
