Ooh, angstariffic! Thank you for posting this. I particularly liked this part:

Peter had reached for her when he woke up. When he came back to life. Nathan knew that gesture; he knew what it meant, and in that moment, he knew how it felt.

So twisted, and yet so loving - that's the Petrellis in a nutshell.

It's funny, I'm not really a straight shipper for any of these three as a pair. I liked Paire until The Haitian spoke in Homecoming then my mind quickly changed from Peter to The Haitian. But I have to admit, the three of them together just appeals. And I liked this piece. Short and sweet, but not sugary. If that makes sense.
