“我唔識點樣寫中文” <-- i'm not sure about 'deem' but i think that's how to type up exactly what you said.

"我不知道怎麼寫中文字“ would be a more correct sentence.

where does one find how to type in chinese? or do you just expect me to use google translator and copy & paste? :-P

and some of the words you used are wrong in this post. and yes, i can hate the simplified as much as i want :-P but if you're learning, that's great.
