I am looking forward to the upcoming picspam of this with great glee :D But as I am also shocked by the lack of comments:
I really loved this. I went to see it with my mum when it came out, and it was so strange to see that it was made in 2004. It doesn't seem so long ago... Anyway, one of the reasons that I always remember it is the song Hallelujah, which I searched for all over the place, until someone told me it was Jeff Buckley singing in this version, and I subsequently became a huge fan of his. This film generally makes me remember a lot of things completely unrelated to it o.O But also, that I felt just like they did at the time, just without their gumption, and so it was pretty inspiring. I loved the moment at the beginning when Bruhl's character (ahhh, completely forgotten all their names D:) goes away to the oxygen tank or something that he's stolen. But actually, I really liked Stipe Erceg in this. I've not seen anything else that he's in, but I thought he was good here. I wanted to hug him all the time.
