This looks amazing! I really wanted to see it a few years ago, but never got round to it, and now I regret that. I hadn't seen the trailer, was just intrigued by the blurb on the DVD, but now that I've seen him making pickles, and getting his friend to pretend to be a news reporter, ahaha, I want to see! And he looks amazing in this *-*

I watch Goodbye Lenin at least once a year. I'm a sucker for Communist and post-Communist aestetics/history/things and I love Berlin so I ADORE this film. It was the film that made me discover (and fall in love) with Daniel Brühl.

(however, how sad it is that I saw this a couple of months after I went to Berlin? He walked in front of us at the premiere for Return of the King in Berlin and I didn't even know who he was!)

ps. have you ever heard zauberer_sirin's story about the day he walked in the video store she was working in and they talked about Extras? I HATE THAT WOMAN, YOU KNOW xD
