This has been a little bit of a labor of love over the past day or so. This is a fanmix dedicated to The Dead Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan. It is a 'companion book' to The Forest of Hands and Teeth. Maybe I'll try and pick those books up today at the library...you know, if I can navigate their assinine computer system and/or stuff is where it's supposed to be.

You should. I think she does a good job at keeping up the tension and I usually read them until I can't put them down. I finished this one and was like FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF WHY DO I HAVE TO WAIT A YEAR?

Fantastic cover art, and so many awesome songs. (I just love 'Tainted Love' and Duffy's version is fab <3)

I've never read this series of books, so I'll check them out. :)

Thanks! :D Yeah I love the original, but her version is one of those covers that surpasses the original.

You should! They are young adult, but I have found them both very enjoyable and they sucked me right into this zombie filled world and running for my life. haha. There is even a third coming out next year.
