Just a wee batch this time.

These are mostly due to going through pictures I've saved from weheartit.com, and a sprinkling of Mélanie Laurent icons also from pictures discovered at weheartit.com. I also wanted an icon to use when talking about my Kindle or books I read on it, so that's in there as well.
