I've seen it as a growing meme/virus on the outer fringes of my Facebook friends list - but thankfully not yet on my LJ FL, you guys are far too intelligent - that we are now in the last days before the Rapture on 21 May 2011. I'm just wondering how many of those billboards and sides-of-bus ads were sold on net-60 contracts. I know that if I were the sales manager on them, I would have demanded payment up front. I also hope that these people don't decide that God Needs Assistance and decide to help things along this Saturday.

I believe the Rapture occurred years ago, took one or two deserving Christians bodily into heaven, and left the rest of us damned wretches (including all the unRaptured Christians) behind.

I should start a church with this as the doctrine, but there's probably one already.
