I don't normally get on LJ and bark at anyone or anything in particular but what happened at uni yesterday at 3pm was an absolute disgrace and really pissed me off.

Some idiot (all I know is that she was female) in the SRC office got on the PA and said the following:

Good on you Pete! I wasn't there on Monday and did not hear the announcement, I take your word for it. What an idiot!! I think that girl should get back on the PA and make an apology.

I can't believe that. I totally agree with what everyone has said (especially Alicia) and find it disgusting that they would even bother to make an announcement if they weren't going to take it seriously. It's a shame some people are so un-thoughtful.
