I really am grateful. I don't want this post to sound like I am not thankful for the $7,500 fellowship I was awarded by my Grad School. I really truly am. But right now, it kind of has me pissed

Aw man, Peter. That really sucks. I'm sorry. :( Have you thought about writing up a more formal complaint? Essentially outlining your frustrations as you have here, a little more professionally, so they see the problem? I'm not sure it's worth it if you're graduating in a few weeks, but you might consider taking this to a higher level if it's really bothering you that much. Hugs.
