So, that lens that I was decrying the other day as being a pup. I might have fixed it. Or at least rectified some of the defects, particularly the issue with it not focussing.

You probably don't need all those screws...

I did similar some years back on the brakes of a ford fiesta. had some springs left over, and a couple of bolts. Worked just fine though :D
