You know, I've thought about it, but I guess I've really come to the conclusion that there isn't too much that's wrong about the situation, except the possibility that someone between Powells and USPS inclusive might have stolen the books. Powell's is re-sending me the books that they have, and I found a decent deal on the one they didn't from an amazon merchant, so aside from the hassle and delay I don't expect to be hurt too much in the end
