*dances wif my Ruby* I wasn't really sure at first who to kill, then it just came to me in a (small) flash of brilliance!
*kicks self* I was so mad when I scrolled back over & Grimmy was there, but evil dude was gone. At least I was able to catch Grimmy before he poofed.
Very minimal cheating occurred during this DbF! move_objects only & a summoning by the kitteh.
I'm sure all the former tenants appreciate Ruby's 1 nice point right now. Let's hope the get a better replacement landlord!

Just enclose the sim & fill the enclosure with 10 - 15 piles of garbage. It takes a few days, but is easy to do without cheating (except for move_objects). I fed the guy twice a day so he wouldn't starve. After the garbage got nasty, I had to call the exterminator every day to get rid of roaches!

The clouds make a nice touch.
I can't think of anyone who deserved DbF more.
