limewire pro. you should be able to find a torrent for it - it's much better than the free version.

if you don't use torrents, then the answer is not limewire, it's Azureus.

www.shareaza.com it supports everything torrent/edonkey/gnutella 1/2 and its open source so no addware/spyware.

Emule for music. Or Azureus for films and other big files. Both are good for porn.
