I'm a Holmes re-reader too.
"Haunted Planet" sounds interesting. However how far back are they going?

The films are great! Which actors do you like best? I think there have been over a hundred different versions of Hound alone - it's the most dramatized novel in existence, or something (maybe second to Dracula, I'm not sure)

it was either done in 2002 or 2003 Richard E Grant played a particularly plausible psychotic as Stapleton and by far my favourite character next to poor Watson (Ian Hart) when will holmes give him a break.

I dont think Richard Roxburgh made a half bad dectective he and stapleton really acted well together.

I also love Dracula. as a stand alone the film wasnt bad but the book pretty much blows it away

Oh cool, I like that one! I love Ian Hart.

Dracula's great...especially the 1931 and 1977 versions! But yeah, the book is definitely best :D
