WHAT HAPPENED, WHY ARE THEY SO UPSET, I HAVE TO KNOOOOOOOOW.
God, this was so, so good. You've got me totally hooked, and your prose is such a pleasure to read, especially their frantic thoughts. I particularly like the mirroring you did with but Miles was by far the braver fool of them both, I thought that was really effective.

A-aaw, I'm really glad you like it! ♥ especially since you're, like, one of my favorite AA authors ghljlg-- The mirroring bit is something that's going to crop up a lot, because while the story focuses on Miles's big screwup, Phoenix has been making a few mistakes, too, so. :3c That's the feeling I wanted to get at, so I'm real pleased if I was able to!
