I find this bothersome, as I think she's fairly important, being the one to give Katniss her Mockingjay pin, and being Katniss's only female friend. Anyway. She isn't! I really like her character, too. It just doesn't make sense to leave her out, especially when she's the one who gives Katniss the mockingjay pin.
