So, I changed me mind. Obviously. Ginny/Salazar is too hard for me. I need something easier, and something that's probably going to get more readers, frankly.
So
chimbomba and I decided that I should do Ginny/Blaise. It came down to Ginny/Fleur, Ginny/Gabrielle, Bellatrix/Alice, and Ginny/Blaise. (Shut up, I like Ginny.) We drew ships out of a hat. And then I decided I didn't like that. So yeah: that's the epic story of Ginny/Blaise. Which, for a while, was Blaise/Ginny, but Ginny/Blaise rolls off the tongue better, methinks. Hopefully it's rare enough. I deem it rare enough, but I also originally claimed Ginny/Salazar, so obviously I'm a little messed up.
I'm excited. Why? Because I get to write canon!Blaise. I get to make up for all the times that everyone thought he was a girl, and the other times when everyone decided he was a skinny white emo boy, possibly Italian.
HERE IS CANON!BLAISE: a "tall black boy with high cheekbones and long, slanting eyes."
What a hottie. He's one of the only canon hotties, in fact.
Jesus, I am so hyper right now.
Oh, and I also considered Theodore/Ginny, because Theo is amazing and I love him. But apparently my love for Blaise is greater.
