You'd have to drink more urine than your stomach can hold for it to be harmful to any serious degree. There are people who drink their own urine all day and have no ill effects (and swear it helps their skin stay soft, amongst other things)

The vein part, same thing as when you get blood taken from a vein in your arm. It'll pulse hard at first then much much slower, into the vial. It'll take a long long while and will probably be rather excruciatingly painful especially with a needle with that size gauge.

This was written during one of my "I HATE MEN!" PMDD attacks. Thankfully, I'm on medication now!

I've never had blood taken from me and thank God for that, i hope I can avoid it forever along with having children and anything else painful, menstruation...lol really XD
