but i really want to hear what you tell people to help them stop smoking and doing drugs . .i would be so stressed out ever day if i didnt smoke. I want to stop, i just dont think i can
Sure you can.. You just stop.. Its a very simple process which involves you using your brain during a time when it's not being "medicated" and use one of its many fucnctions like common sense.. And stopping..
