Well, it's been so long since I used 7, but for one you won't need ImageReady anymore for anicons. I think there are more filters and stuff, and you can't change the size of the brushes in 7, can you? Well, you can in CS3. Honestly, I see no reason why you should stick with 7 if you have access to CS3. :)
