[ In the town square, freshly imprinted in the snow is the impression of a face down figure. A face down human figure, but all that lies to be seen there now is a Heartless, unconscious, in the same position.

Or maybe he's only sleeping. Probably not, though. ]

he's starting out injured this time, #action, heartless? in my luceti?, mallynapping, well this sucks, moving on is hard, smells like darkness in here

[ His wings give an agitated flick when he hears the question, but he manages to make no other reaction to it. Instead he goes back to the journal, and in writing that's messier than usual, frustrated, angry-- ]

'Of course not! But what if they can't' [ and he trails off, the anger quickly spent. What if they can't help? It's been a backup plan in his mind for a little while, but he's terrified of actually trying to go through with it. If he tries to go through with it, he might find out it doesn't work. Then there's no hope left at all. ]

It's the question he already has an answer to, and he knows Xion will probably give him an optimistic one that he won't believe in. But he has to try, at least. Maybe just knowing that she hasn't given up on him yet may help save him, in the end. ] 'What if they already tried?'
