[suddenly, walter is torn away from chii and he lets out a demented snarl, both of rage and misery. for a moment, the bloodbending seems to work, and he's struggling to control himself for a moment.]

[an ironic remark, if one to really, truly understand him. regardless, he glares at katara -- and immediately starts to cause a severe migraine for her, trying to break free. just long enough to lash out.]

Katara! [His eyes go wide with shock, and, without hesitation, he sprints forward to block Walter's path. He raises the hilt of his sword, and moves to jab for Walter's stomach with the blunt end. All agreements not to hurt Walter ended when Walter moved for Katara.]

[just because he doesn't die doesn't mean he doesn't feel pain. walter looks at sokka and snarls at him, reaching out and grabbing his arm, throwing him to the ground.]

None of you have learned. Have you?!

[out of seemingly nothing, a lead pipe is in his hand, and he's swinging brutally at sokka.]

[hitting the ground with a sharp thud, Sokka rolls over immediately to thrust the blade forward, but a searing, horrible sensation freezes him in place. His breath catches in his throat, a loud, disgusting crack sounding from inside of his right leg. He can barely even scream, the pain--shooting, white, scathing, sickening--too much for him to handle. His leg is shattered, and he balls his hands into fists, yelling.] KATARA! H--HOLD HIM!

[And just that bit of anger fuels her fire enough to grab hold of Walter again and twist his arms back, force him away from her brother.]

[She swipes into the air and forces him down to his knees.]

[Ty Lee falters when Sokka's hit. She pauses, moving first to help him. Biting her lip, Ty Lee forces herself to focus. There's nothing she can do to help him right now. The only thing she can do is to follow through with the plan. She casts him a sad glance, before sobering herself, fists clenching at her sides. Most of the day has been spent just stretching, getting ready for this. She didn't want to let people down anymore.

She starts forward in a sprint, throwing herself forward and pushing hard off the ground with her hands. The girl's body curls tightly, turning several times in the air in well practiced somersaults. Ty Lee lands behind him, stooped low, quickly eying up Walter's back. Her hands move quickly up along around his spine, hitting the pressure points on her way up. ]

[he gives a frustrated scream as he's stopped again; walter goes still, even as ty lee starts to hit for pressure points. at first, they don't appear to do anything -- but with some digging, ty lee can find them. it appears death and whatever's been done with walter has caused the normal, in and out, to be abnormal. once they are pressed, though, he goes limp, but looks quite distressed.]

[his vision is blurred, but he pulls himself back, his skin covered in a cold sweat. He definitely won't be able to move on his own for a good while; keeping consciousness is hard enough for him.] Ty Lee, Katara.. g-get everyne else together and keep moving on with the plan. Get the attack squad to take him to one of the warehouses, until--nngh--until we can find a solution to this.

[Pulling his communicator from his belt, he groans, and shuts his eyes.] We've got him. In transit now.

.. Sorry, Chii. You can go with him, if you want. I--[he stops, and sinks down, his chest heaving] ugh..
