Good Saturday Morning!

Well, here is the first complete peice of fan fiction I ever wrote (and a bit of practice learning to use the LJ editor). It's a short little one-off about Sam's creepy hero-worship issues. Okay, so it's a thinly-veiled excuse for some car porn.

I love this on so many levels. Dean, the Impala, and Sam just enjoying them both. By now, I think Sam knows when and how to treasure the little things. :-)

Plus I am a total classic car geek. *G* Mmm, nice.

Classic car geeks unite! It really was an excuse for some Impala-love on my part, but having grown up with a brother who is disturbingly DEAN in so many ways, I can't help but relate to Sam and how frustrating it can be when your sibling has emotional walls to scale. You learn the things that touch them, and the car always works for Dean.

Aw, thanks yet again. I'm flattered that you were intrigued enough to come back and read again.

And then of course, to friend me? Ah, the love. :)

Ah, back in the day when the boys had no worries beyond Dad and the next hunt, nothing but time to screw around with the Impala and sit around watching. *sits next to Sam and passes him the popcorn*

You set the scene SO well -- I can SEE Dean so clearly. And of course as usual I love the beautiful imagery you use, this one particularly -- Then the bolt is loose and Dean is talking again, low and soothing like a mother combing the tangles from a child’s hair.

“Quit staring. Freak.” -- HEEEEEE.

And I found it sooo amusing that the first SPN fic of yours that I click on after finally watching the damn show turns out to be about the CAR. LOL

Thank you, I'm flattered you thought so. Especially since this is not only the first spn fic of mine that you're reading, not only the first one I WROTE. But the first peice of fic I wrote, ever. IMHO I've improved slightly since, lol. But boy did I find these guys inspiring back in the day! Ok yes so it was mostly the car. Sheesh. I don't know why you're surprised at all. Oh wait you didn't say you were... you said amused. hmph.
