Project Update
Back in February I realized that for all my claiming to be obsessed with one Mr. Justin Long, I was seriously remiss in my fannish duties on several counts.
1. There were far too many items in his Filmography I hadn’t seen.
2. There were far, far too many items I *had* seen, and in fact enjoyed, that I didn’t own.

Wow. Impressive. Really truly.

What was NOT impresssive was "Ten Year". Mainly because neither Tatum nor Mrs. Tatum can act. And because their storyline was so.freakin'.boring. As was Justin's. (Sorry, Justin. I did like the toilet paper part.) The only interesting part was Kate & the singer... hmm... I wonder if that song is available online somewhere. Nah, probably not. I don't think I've seen many of those 'vignette' movies -- HJNTIY and 200 Cigarettes are probably the only ones, I think? -- but I think the problem with Ten Year is less the structure and more the content. Doesn't matter, though, coz Justin gets all the huggles IN THE WORLD for missing his own premiere to hang out with the fans. And we learned a lesson from this -- never buy actual movie tickets! LOL

Agree with you totally on The Conspirator. It was good, just not something I'd necessarily watch again. And Norman did this just before TWD S1, just so's ya know. ;) (And his gallows scene is awesome. Just sayin ( ... )

Sadly I agree. Actually with pretty much everything you've said here. There was nothing *wrong* with Ten Year. It was largely innofensive...there just wasn't much *right* with it either. Bland is the word of the day. sorry (again) Justin. At the Q&A though, I did think it was cool that that guy actually wrote the song for the film and that Jamie's script actually just said something like "insert good song here". :) (I also enjoyed the TP part...my fave moment of the film is actually Justin's 'HELLS YEAH, I do' face when Max asks if he wants to go TP the house.
