We are essentially back to square one for the boys. I feel like it is an attempt to get the feeling of season one back. Putting that year in there does all sorts of things. Basically they're estranged, the 'father figure' has had more contact with one than the other, one was 'out' and now has to re-learn everything and has the apple pie life to give up if he chooses hunting. We have Azazel appearing, and personal vendettas to avenge, relationships to repair...
If they smash the Impala with a Semi I'm gonna be pissed, that's all I gotta say! HEEE.
