To be honest, I'd never even thought about pairings in FW before but I think you got this one exactly right without losing the "voices" of the tv characters. I really enjoyed it :)

I confess, if I'd seen FW when it first aired, it probably wouldn't have occurred to me to ship them - but that's what being in a fandom does for you - makes you see ships everywhere!
