It was indeed an unnerving performance. Go Nicola!
Freema is always brilliant - but then I'm unashamedly biased! And yes, Benedict Wong was very good as Eli - I just wanted to give him a hug at the end. Poor man - he discovered his idol had feet of clay (don't we all?!)

I noticed the first scene of the show, the attorneys and judges were wearing wigs. I thought they didn't wear wigs for cases involving juveniles.
Eli, was a hoot. When he met James, he might as well have done the fan girl squeal!
*Of course, my naughty brain speculates as to just *why* James is in a generous mood...*
I sense an attack of the killer plot bunnies...
*She didn't look the sort to be charmed by James. (Silly woman!)*
Honey, he could have had anything he wanted...coffee, tea or me?
I was debating what type of dog he was: pit bull or rottweiler. He was relentless
And he can be my lap dog any day--I'm just sayin'

It may be that things have changed, regarding wearing wigs and juvenile trials. Or they may just have goofed!
Eli cracked me up in his first scene!
I want to write a missing scene/tag fic for this episode but I'm in the middle of two other fics right now.
James is too gorgeous for a pit bull or a rottweiler.
LOL
