If you want to read a really, really good story that gives an AU version of "Family of Blood", read Ulysses because it's absolutely fab ! I cried at the end, it's so perfect. I won't tell you any more about it because I can't without spoiling it, so you'll have to trust me on this - but seriously, READ IT ! I really, really wish I'd written it...
