-Martha punching the Doctor with her foot--smart girl, getting his coat and shirt off like that! ;-)
-The Doctor's conflict over his access to Martha's mind and Martha not taking the pendant off...
-Martha asking him if he was ready; she's so powerful here.

And then, of course, there's the hawtness...
