Great chapter; as always, love the Martha/Eight dynamic, but I really love the other bits as well. K-9 calling her "Mistress-Martha" and the Doctor thinking that the sonic will cure all ills (although it frequently does) and calling out for Martha and Jack, the memory of the argument about who would go after him--all great!

Thanks. The stuff with Martha, the TW Team and SJS came from my abandoned first chapter (the one that went terribly slowly for too many pages) - I decided to work the material from that chapter into flashbacks in the other chapters, and that bit seemed to fit well there to explain just how Martha was managing to track the Doctor.

That goes without saying! I love Charley in the audiodramas.

I assume you listened to the one (forget the title just now) that had the Brig in it? Wasn't it cool having the Brig meeting Eight?

Minuet in Hell - I have indeed heard it. Didn't think much of the story itself, but it was great having the Brig in it!
