Funnily enough absolutely ages ago - the banner's been up since just after Xmas - but I didn't realise that I had an extraneous carriage return in the link for the banner which meant it wasn't showing up for everyone. radiantbaby spotted it and pointed it out a few days ago, and I finally remembered to fix it yesterday!
