eeeek! Congrats! :-D That's soo exciting!

The one on my shoulderblade only felt like someone pinching me over and over again -- didn't really hurt.

But my tink tramp stamp. . . . OH MY GOD! That was hell. I swear I almost told him to just forget it AS he started, but then was like "No, that'll look TOO dumb to just have one line there." so I sat through it and thought I was going to die ;-) I'm glad I did it, but definitely wouldn't do it again (to get it touched or anything) or recommend it to anyone if they asked, pain-wise.

yeah, I can't imagine getting a tattoo right there. Although this other guy came in who was next in line for tattooing, and I told him this was my first one and he was like, "Hey, that's not an easy spot for a first tattoo!"

Now everyone says this about every spot. I wonder where it IS easy to get a tattoo?

yea, it is french. BUt I didn't get it because it's french, I got it for deep symbolic ministerial reasons that thou cannot be privvy to...uh...mortal!

Kidding, I will tell you about them someday.

it all depends on the placement =) The tramp stamp and ankle are the worst and I was a big baby about them. The one on the back of my neck? I had the same reaction "Wth? This doesn't hurt!" =)

really? I would expect the back of the neck to hurt a ton!

Seriously.

I don't know that I've seen that one. I have to get back to Cleveland, yo

you do! Jonno always joked that it looked like the sun on the white mana cards in Magic: The Gathering
I wish I liked Magic more because I'd forever claim that it was a purposeful move on my part.

ah, good to know. Unexpected though. Bob Dylan writes so much better than he sings
