Arrrgh.

I want to be writing SMACKDOWN fic tonight, but I can't make myself care enough. Buri/Thayet is going to lose and Lark/Rosethorn is going to win, and that's fine. I don't have it in me to provide active help or advice of any kind right now, but listening, I can do. *g*

Also, big girl tactful boots! I like that! (I misplaced my extra-tactful slippers this afternoon, unfortunately. Those slippers are often necessary for dealing with my third mate, who's now working his last five shifts for me, while also starting out at his new job. So I'm hoping (a)that he doesn't decide not to work his last few shifts just to spite me, and (b)that the new third mate will be all right with my regular tactful boots. Boys.)

Listening is exactly what I needed, lol. There's not much to fix, just the urge to *bitchbitchbitch*.

Also, those tactful slippers are sly ones. I swear, if you don't ask them in advance, they like to run off and leave you with the McWornout Taped-sole Sneakers.

I'm totally crossing my fingers for your third mate dilemma. Luckily, it sounds like it's just temporary - BECAUSE I DEMAND THE NEW ONE TO BE AWESOME.
