Dang, an eighteen yr old Spike. He is at this sexual peak and very dangerous. He doesn't have control yet of his feelings. He even scared himself.

Buffy doesn't sound like she has control of her feelings either. She is tempted by this lovely young version of Spike. Who could blame her?

There's going to be much more temptation going Buffy's way. She's really going to have to be strong in the next chapters! So strong that I feel sorry for her!

You're actually going somewhere super awesome with this and you snuck it in there on me. I lovelove what you're doing with Spike's demon and Buffy helping him to grow with it and maybe understand it a little better. I always sort of felt like his lack of soul made him a little immature? Or maybe it just seemed that way because of the whole not having the grasp on the morals or however you want to look at it - whatever. IMO The Soul really helped him with that so he and Buffy could fall in love *together* but this is Spike maturing the good old fashioned way and the way you're doing it is so so so interesting and great and has just the right amount of shmoop. Did I mention the hotness? Cause hohh yes.

Aww, your comment made me giggle and giggle! And even though I am all Spuffy at heart I don't see any harm in a bit of shameless Dawn/Spike flirting :) It was fun to write! Maybe I'll add in some more!

It was a bit of a gradually discovery thing for myself too! I didn't see myself taking it that way, but then I realised that it would play quite an important role with his growing up and all. I need to do a bit more thinking about that for the next few chapters :/

It is very fun to write teenage boys! But I was a bit stumped the other day when I found out that I do have a few guy readers :O So I have to really think carefully about making teenage!Spike as accurate as possible. I don't really have any first hand experience about what teenage guys are like at that age :/
