I WANT A ZOROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. ;_;

This was SO cute and SO happy and might just be my favorite of the "discovery" moments between them. *MEMORIED* Zoro's gut reactions and reading of Sanji, the way they keep surprising themselves and each other... *cuddles them to death*

And it's all so perfectly hilarious! Partially because of all those lines you throw out, like Zoro's list of "things I didn't fuck up", Gay Pirate Cooks’ National Day of Appreciation, and Sanji's musings on Zoro/Tashigi children (XDDDD) but also because they're so damned cute stumbling through this relationship. God, it's so warm and fuzzy and I love your caring worrying "the bastard will cheer up dammit!" Zoro. I loves him SOOOOOOOOOOO much.

The end made me wonder if Sanji'll ever tell Zoro just why the 8 month anniversary is important and try to explain just what he was thinking before this conversation. Zoro would be so pissed off/confused/disbelieving. XD

I WANT A ZORO TOO GOD. XD

And nah, I don't think Sanji will ever tell him...but it's funny, because I think even when Sanji tells him absolutely nothing, Zoro ends up figuring him out in the end anyway. XD

Schoomp! And I do luvs me some schoomp ♥

Well, I don't know about Zoro, but this made my gut twist in the best of ways. I don't think it was OOC at all; I really could see Sanji's fantasies get him ruminating on Zoro's children, because honestly I think Sanji would want children if he "settled down with a nice woman."

But my favorite parts of this would probably have to be Zoro's mental checklist of Things I Didn't Do Wrong (haha, I'll always say it, BEST ZORO EVER), and Sanji's mental check list of How Zoro's Life Would Suck Even More If I Wasn't In It. Because animal crackers. Srsly. ♥ ♥ ♥

YAY SCHMOOP!!! I think it was part of me watching the sequel to the first Bridget Jones movie on HBO or something yesterday. Romantic comedy makes me wince, but what I learn from watching it afterwards is that the best guys are communicationally challenged and kind of dumb. Even if the smooth talking bastards are really damned entertaining.

Or something. I dunno. Haha I don't really think when I write to be honest. It just happens. >>

I really didn't like Bridget Jones' diary. I felt all this moral outrage on behalf of Pride and Prejudice. Even if, you know, Colin Firth was in the movie. Then again, I hated the Keira Knightley version, too.

Anyway, that aside, I really think it says something when you just write what comes to you. All your fics have a really natural feel to them, which is part of the reason why I think they're so great. You've got a lot of talent, so thank you so much for sharing it so generously.

Haha god I hated both Bridget Jones movies because the heroine was SO LOATHSOME but even still they kind of gave me a new respect for the crap guys are willing to go through when they really care. XD Haha well, I haven't seen the Keira Knightley but I hear it was... an abomination to the book but passable for those who aren't as adamant about it. >> So to me, it's probably an abomination. XD;;

I never thought of Tashigi as a homewrecker.

This was hilarious. I especially love poor Sanji imagining what Tashigi and Zoro's kids would be like.

Sanji in the meantime, had gotten to predictions about what strangely violent children Tashigi and Zoro would have if it came to that- nearsighted hulking blue-and-green-haired babies who believed in justice and that animal crackers were cookies and not crackers even though that was obviously wrong. They’d grow up wielding six swords apiece and never learn how to appreciate the finer culinary arts because all they’d eat all their lives was meat their papa grilled until it was black and doused with salt ‘cuz that was “good enough.” They would also all have unbelievably high pain tolerances and as adults, have eight month long flings with chain-smoking blonds until they wised up to the truth in life an settled down with a good woman ( ... )

I like Sanji being a complete idiot when it comes to getting his feelings out in the open. His imagination does it for him, I guess. XD

it's pretty ironic that Sanji plays himself up as a love genius, when in reality, he's just as clueless as Zoro, and much more insecure than Zoro in the CR stories.

Haha Zoro's resolve always hits me as something he'd apply to EVERYTHING in life, I guess. Plus it's more fun when he keeps boggling Sanji, to me. XD

this is the best kind of fluff in existence. non-sappy, amusing, slightly painful and very touching. despite the fact that CR zoro strikes me as overly lummox (i'm of the--albeit small--school of thought that, directional sense/map-reading skills aside, zoro is actually the smartest male on the crew) the character is still entirely endearing, and the way he and sanji read each other is very happy-making. so sweet how they make each other gay. er.

oh, btw--do you have these archived chronologially somewhere? by chronologically i mean according to the timeframe of the CR universe, not when they were written.

Haha Um, no actually, I don't-- I just kind of throw it up as it's written. Mostly the first four are the ones that are in order, and after that it's a free for all because I'm too lazy to write in any linear format. >>

And haha I think they're all equally smart, actually. Just that they're experts on different things. I'm of the probably large school of thought that he's a dumbass when it comes to directions and trying to suss out the stupid chef. Sanji's a dumbass when it comes to um...women and talking about his feelings, I guess. XD;; Yes, and that includes Luffy. I think he's equally smart as the others, just in different ways. The way he can simply watch something and learn it himself after a while has to be the sign of genius, right? XD

It's why the crew is so amazing... they compensate for each other's weaknesses and bolster each other's strengths and love the crap out of each other while they're doing it.

*schmoops schmoops schmoops* XD

yeah, none of 'em are downright stupid--though sometimes it seems like luffy borders on idiot savant--he actually seemed a lot smarter (and unhappier) when he was a kid, heh. i'm just a stupidly huge zoro fangirl...
