Loved the Renji/Byakuya story! It's so much fun to see Renji nudging Byakuya out of his little shell. You know it had to happen!

I really like the analysis of the 11th division. Mayuri's right, they don't make sense, at least in the way that he sorts everything and measures everything. Of course, I'm sure that Kenpachi would say the same thing about Mayuri. Athough in much cruder language, of course!

It is so easy to picture Renji burning his mouth on his food, and continuing to do it until said food is gone. XD And Byakuya patiently and almost curiously letting Renji teach him about things like burning his tongue is just wonderful. <3

I enjoyed both very much. ^_^

Renji is sensei in the school of odd charms, I guess. ^^ But Byakuya needs to learn to live a little I think, so their dynamic works out rather well in my head. ^^
